PUBLIC & MEETING ROOMS | POST-PLAZA

For years, Leeuwarden's former old Post Office and Bank building have been the setting for thriving creativity, commerce and connecting. Post-Plaza holds on to this tradition, making it the perfect location for your event. Organizing a training, birthday drink or business dinner? We will be happy to help. In our Hotel & Grand Café we have several rooms where this is possible. We are happy to discuss the possibilities and wishes with you personally but feel free to look around first.

Prior to your event every detail is discussed; from a to z, everything has to be right because quality is most important to us. We are personal, accurate and love short communication lines. A fantastic event, where everything goes smoothly, is only possible under the perfect circumstances, we understand that. WOW, that's the feeling you get when you enter the Grand Café. The impressive wooden ceiling draws the eyes upwards but don't miss the baristas in the large central bar. They would love to give you a warm welcome!

A fantastic meeting room in the front of the hotel that overlooks the Provincial House. The floor is antique parquet and the room has an ornamental ceiling, stunning chandeliers and an open fireplace. The Bodekamer is suitable for a meeting, lunch or dinner.

An intimate and unique meeting room on the 2nd floor of the old Post Office. This room radiates the history of Post-Plaza but because of the new furniture and perfect care, a wonderful place to stay. This intimate room has a lot of daylight, its own coffeebar and toilet under the old rafters of the Post-Office. Audio-visual equipment is available in all rooms on request, also in the the Mail Room. This room is flexible to set up in 1.5 m. distance.

PLUG ROOM - 140m2

Wow, the Plug Room! This room is located on the 1st floor, in the heart of the old Post-Office and it's name refers to the history of the property. Back in the days, the telephone operating ladies controlled the telephone traffic in Leeuwarden from this room.
