New Year's Dive

Neighborhood center Rengerspark is organizing the traditional New Year's Dive in Leeuwarden again on January 1st. The dive will take place at the dock of the ferry at the corner of Noordersingel/Singelstraat and will start at 14:00. Participants are asked to arrive earlier for registration!

The dive is made possible each year through financial support from the Leeuwarder Entrepreneurs Fund. To ensure the safety of the divers, the divers from Duikcentrum Leonardo and the Leeuwarden Lifeguard Brigade will be present. Unox annually provides hats and pea soup. After the jump, participants can enjoy the pea soup at the neighborhood center. Spectators are also warmly invited to have a cup of pea soup after the dive.
