Stallion Selection

The Stallion Selection marks the start of the selection process to become a studbook stallion. In addition to the preliminaries and the clinic program, the highlight is the inspection of the registered studbook stallions and the announcement of the champion on Saturday afternoon.

All days are once again focused on the Frisian pearls, with a varied program on offer this year. Thursday and Friday are dedicated to the Second Inspection of the stallions selected for this phase. It's always exciting to see which stallions will advance in the process to ultimately become studbook stallions. Also on the agenda is the Horses2fly KFPS Sport Competition for driving on Friday. In addition, a variety of practical and theoretical clinics related to the (Frisian) horse will be offered on Friday.

As for Saturday, it’s simple: the main stars take center stage—the KFPS studbook stallions, with the highlight at the end of the day being the crowning of the champion.
